Thank you to all Westwood Families for helping to make our registration run more smoothly this year. As well, 90% of Westwood families completed the Hockey Canada registration and that was a huge help for me. It also gives the co-ordinators a much more accurate picture for evaluations because it lets them know where your child played last year, what position your child would like to evaluate for in the coming year and a current contact email and phone number.
Respect in Sport: If you have NOT completed the Respect in Sport program your child will not be allowed to play in the 2012/2013 season. I have been told that it will be enforced by Hockey Calgary. If you need to complete this program please go to:
https://hockeycalgary.respectgroupinc.com/secure/ You should do this ASAP but September 30th is the very latest you can wait before the reports will be sent and coordinators/coaches will be informed of any profiles without an RIS number. When you do the RIS it will ask for your child's name and birth date so that it can directly associate the Program Number with your child(s) profile.
